Latter-day Apostles since 1835
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) are led by a group of ordained apostles of Jesus Christ, patterned after the twelve that Jesus appointed during his earthly ministry. Each apostle serves for life, or as long as he remains a member of the Church.
This chart shows all of the apostles who have served in the Quorum of the Twelve (ten men were called as apostles but never served in the Quorum - including Joseph Smith). Use the drop down menus to see how old they are (or were at the end of their service), the age at which they were called, or the length of their tenure.
